Send the job details through the enquiry form
Use the enquiry form on this page and include the printer model, control board details, RIP software version if known, and the size of the machines in your workshop. It helps to mention whether you need RIP installation, board installation, remote setup, printhead driver setup, colour profile setup or fault finding.
- Printer make and model
- Current fault or setup issue
- Number of machines involved
- Town or city where the printer is based
- Any files, test prints or photos that help explain the problem
What helps us assess a wide-format print problem
For colour work, include the media type, the inks in use, and whether the issue shows on coated stock, vinyl, canvas or mesh. If the problem is related to queue workflow, tell us how the jobs are being sent, whether nesting is used, and if the output is drifting, banding or missing sections.
On board and driver work, a short note on the current setup saves time in the field. If you have already tried a reset, firmware change or profile reload, add that too.
Midrand base, national remote support
Our base is in Midrand, Gauteng, and we support print operations in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, East Rand and West Rand. Remote setup suits many RIP and colour workflow jobs, while board repairs, installation work and maintenance checks can be arranged around the equipment on site.

People who handle your printer workflow
Thabo Zungu leads the operation, with Lerato Khoza overseeing daily coordination and Johan Letsoalo handling RIP work on complex queues. Zanele Moagi manages colour profiles and output consistency, while Aiden Phiri leads remote support, Kagiso Pienaar works on board repair, and Bianca Rademeyer coordinates operator training.
That mix matters when a fault touches more than one part of the production line. A colour shift can sit with a profile, a driver setting or a printer board, so the enquiry form should point out anything that has already changed.
Maintenance, recovery and training requests
Use the form for preventive maintenance, backup and recovery, production tuning and operator training as well. In humid coastal areas like Durban and parts of Cape Town, we often see extra attention needed on printhead handling, board protection and stored media, while inland sites may need more care around dust and static.
- Training for new operators
- Backup of working profiles and queues
- Recovery after a failed setup
- Maintenance planning for production printers
Clear notes make the next step easier
Keep the message short but specific. A clean description of the machine, the fault, the location and the files involved gives us enough to guide the next step without guesswork, and it helps when a print shop is running several wide-format units at once.
If you are sending a mixed setup with control boards, printhead drivers and RIP software on one line, mention which unit is carrying the fault. That detail matters more than a long explanation.
